Operations

Its objective are to:

•Create and administer the loan book of the Corporation – includes pre & post disbursement appraisal of projects, collections, project monitoring.
• Provide business extension services to clients – includes capacity building, SME training, market linkages.
• Manage business infrastructure to clients – oversee construction of factory shells & other shelters for SMEs, managing the infrastructure rentals and tenants.
• Maintain branches at operational level.
• Assist in mobilizing resources.
• Identify and pursue new business lines.
• Establish business linkages and Public-Private Partnerships.
• Handle client queries.
• Manage Public Relations and Corporate Image.
